This workout has 24 minutes of threshold effort in the form of 2 x 12 min intervals. Each 12 min interval has three sections: torque, cadence, and an out of saddle effort. All three keep you at threshold but you get to use different muscle groups to keep things interesting.

CTXC 35 Minute Indoor Trainer Workout

35 Minute indoor trainer session with 2 sets of intervals and a 90 second recovery in between. The first set is 6 efforts of 80-90 seconds with roughly a minute recovery and the second set is 10 efforts of 60secs or less with shorter recoveries.
