GCN (Global Cycling Network) delivers another excellent guided indoor bike session. This time it's a 40 minute pyramid with short high-intensity sprints. The GCN presenters are ex-pro cyclists: Manon Lloyd (double European junior champion in 2014) and Chris Opie and the workout was written by Neal Henderson of the Sufferfest training app.

This workout has 24 minutes of threshold effort in the form of 2 x 12 min intervals. Each 12 min interval has three sections: torque, cadence, and an out of saddle effort. All three keep you at threshold but you get to use different muscle groups to keep things interesting.
